Online Banking and Mobile Banking have been upgraded!

You must re-enroll in either Online Banking or Mobile Banking to access your accounts. If you have any problems following these instructions, please call us 214-357-3328 for assistance. If you haven’t already downloaded the mobile app, the links and QR codes are below.

Online Banking Enrollment Instructions

  1. Download the new app (instructions above)
  2. Tap “New user? Enroll now
  3. Gather the information requested and tap “Enroll Now
  4. Tap the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions, then tap “I Agree”
  5. Enter the identity information requested and tap “Next
  6. Tap which additional information you want to enter
  7. Create a Username and Password, confirm password and tap “Next
  8. Choose how to receive a One-Time Passcode and tap “Enroll
  9. Enter the one-time verification passcode and tap “Submit
  10. You’re in!

Mobile Banking Enrollment Instructions

  1. Download the new app (instructions below)
  2. Go to relyoncu.org and click on Online Banking in orange
  3. Click “Enroll”, then click the box to consent to our Terms and Conditions
  4. Enter the information requested to verify your identity
  5. Choose Member Number or Mailing Zip CodeClicking “I don’t have any of these” will prompt you to call us.
  6. Create and Confirm your User ID and Password
  7. Enter/select your Phone Number and Email Address preferences
  8. Select how you would like to receive a One-Time Passcode to login
  9. Enter the one-time verification passcode
  10. You’re in!

It’s almost time to experience your New Online Banking service. Get ready by downloading the new app now. You cannot use it yet, but this will make re-enrolling in Online Banking even faster tomorrow. Please delete the old app from your device. It’s no longer valid!

eStatements are unavailable from from September 13 to September 20. If you need a copy of your statement during that time, please call or text us at 214-357-3328

Important! Dates When Service is Unavailable

  • Wednesday, September 13 – eStatements unavailable until Wednesday, September 20
  • Monday, September 18 – Online and Mobile Banking and Bill Pay will come offline at 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 19 – Download the new mobile app so you’re ready to re-enroll tomorrow.

 

Next week, you will have access to a completely new and much better online banking experience.

Get ready for:

  • Access all accounts with one login – if you have access to other family members’ accounts, you’ll have access to all of them with your own login information. You won’t have to login with theirs.
  • Improved mobile banking – Anything you can do online can be done with mobile banking.
  • Improved check deposit – System alerts you before the deposit if the picture you took cannot be used.
  • Lots more – More information will be posted as it becomes available

 

What You Can Expect After the Upgrade

  • Once the upgrade is complete, you will have to re-enroll in Online Banking and download a new mobile app
  • To re-enroll, you only need to know:
    – Date of Birth
    – Social Security Number
    – Plus your RelyOn Member Number or your zip code on file at RelyOn
    RelyOn will have extended phone and service center hours for members who need help enrolling or using the new system

Q: Why is Online Banking changing?

It’s important that we provide our members the best experience possible, no matter how you choose to bank with us. Our current Online Banking platform hasn’t always been reliable, and we want to bring you more advanced functionality. The new service will do both.

 

Q: Will my account numbers change?

No. Your member number and account numbers will stay the same. The only thing changing is the way you access them digitally.

 

Q: What will I be able to do in the new system? 

So much more than you can do in the currently system:

  • View account balances on the mobile app without logging in

  • Save your device to make logging in easier

Q: Do I have to enroll in Online Banking if I already have a RelyOn account? 

A: Yes. You will have to re-enroll one time, either online or on the mobile app. Your new login information will then work in both places. We will provide more information on how to do this before the new system and app get turned on.

 

Q: Will my username, password and security questions change?

A: Possibly. As we mention above, you will have to re-enroll, but you might be able to keep your same login information if it complies with the new login requirements.

 

Q: Will I need to download a new mobile app?

A: Yes. You will have to download our new mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and delete the original mobile app. If you have our Online Banking page bookmarked, please be sure to update the link after the launch!

 

Q: Will Bill Pay stay the same?

A: Yes. There will be no changes to Bill Pay at this time.

 

Q: What’s going to be different?

A: Pretty much everything except your account information and bill pay! The biggest and best difference is that pretty much everything you can do in the online platform can now be done on the mobile app, so you can easily manage your accounts from a single device.

Electronic payments (Bill Pay and account to account transfers) will now take two days to receive instead of one.

Check deposits made with your mobile device will post to your account immediately but may take 3 to 5 minute for you to see them

 

Q: What if I have problems logging into the new system?

A: We will have extended phone and service center hours to help anyone who needs assistance logging in or navigating the new online banking system.
