24-Hour Debit Card Support

If you need to notify us about a lost/stolen card, please call our Debit Card support line at 833-933-1681. If you need to activate a new debit card or change your PIN, please call our Card Activation & PIN change support line at 833-998-4701.

Easily Resolve Debit Card Disputes

With a RelyOn debit card, you’re never in the dark. Call our new concierge line to resolve any disputes to your debit card.

For all other help with your debit card, please call or text us at 214-357-3328 during our normal business hours.

*You will receive the cash back credit to your account within 1 week after the transaction is processed. This cash back may be surrendered in accordance with Ampre’s Terms and Conditions if you return or reverse the qualifying transaction. The transaction communication will typically be sent via SMS text message or email within 24 hours, if you have registered on the Ampre website.
